Employment litigation
Our lawyers are experienced in advising on Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) proceedings, as well as on alternative dispute resolution approaches such as mediation. Our team includes in-house Solicitor Advocates who regularly appear in the Court of Session, including in relation to the enforcement of restrictive covenants and the protection of confidential information.

As a team we work closely with the firm’s experts in pensionsemployee share incentives, and tax.

Our HR consultancy service is available to clients whose needs go beyond legal advice.

Training
