Gillian supports clients to effectively deliver significant change projects involving redundancy, restructuring and changes to terms and conditions. Gillian has considerable experience in dealing with contentious employment matters, defending clients against unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and TUPE-related claims brought in the employment tribunal. She has first-hand litigation experience, appearing in the Employment Tribunal and the Sheriff Court.
Gillian regularly advises on commercial matters, including the TUPE aspects of corporate, property and service change transactions. She has experience of carrying out diligence, drafting TUPE provisions and advising on risk.
