Harriet is an Assoicate in our Employment team, advising across all areas of employment law and HR issues.
Harriet provides advice on the full range of day-to-day legal issues that arise throughout the employment life cycle, including contracts and changes to terms and conditions, disciplinaries and grievances, performance and absence management, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy exercises and settlement agreements. She also advises on and represents clients at the employment tribunals and advises on commercial matters, including the employment aspects of corporate and property transactions and the application of TUPE.
