Deborah is an experienced employment law solicitor with over 20 years' specialising in employment law. She has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law for more than 10 years. Deborah is known for being clear and approachable.
Deborah has extensive expertise in employment law litigation and has appeared in Employment Tribunals throughout Scotland and England, representing both public and private sector clients. Public sector clients have included those in the criminal justice and education sectors. Private sector clients have ranged from small independent businesses to some of the largest public companies in the UK.
Deborah regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment law including drafting employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance hearings performance and ill health issues, discrimination, redundancy, business transfers and severance of senior executives.
