Scarlett is a Senior Associate in the English Property team, specialising in commercial real estate. She has experience of a variety of property transactions across the areas of investment, landlord and tenant, and energy and renewables.

She advises on acquisitions, disposals and the management of investment property (in various sectors including retail, office and leisure), and on a range of landlord and tenant matters. Scarlett has experience of acting on the lender and borrower sides of property finance transactions and works closely with the firm’s finance team to help drive these types of transactions to completion. She is also often involved in providing real estate support to corporate deals.

Scarlett has considerable experience of renewables projects – across onshore and offshore wind, solar, battery and multi-technology sites – and has completed a secondment at ScottishPower Renewables, where she developed her interest and expertise in the sector.
