Steven is a solicitor in the Infrastructure team, primarily focusing on clean energy construction projects for both developers and contractors. He also has expertise in procurement aspects of project work.

He has advised on a number of renewables projects working on various standard form construction contracts, including NEC and FIDIC. He is experienced with the construction aspects of due diligence on a range of construction documents, including building contracts, collateral warranties, appointments, subcontracts, novations, and bonds.

He has also advised a number of local authorities on public procurement matters, both at first steps of the procurement process and at tender stage. He has advised on procurement queries in both Scotland and in England.
