Construction and Infrastructure
We provide strategic legal advice that turns vision into reality on some of the most ambitious and complex construction and infrastructure projects.

“The team is excellent. They have a very good knowledge of the general market and are pragmatic, proactive and get work done in very good time scales.”

Chambers (2025)

Our construction and infrastructure clients shape skylines, regenerate communities and deliver the infrastructure needed for the future. They include major utilities, developers, contractors, local authorities, statutory bodies, sponsors, bidders and lenders offering a complete service across the full project lifecycle.

We advise on every stage of delivery: procurement and selection, bid support, contract negotiation, funders’ due diligence, and ongoing contract management. And we don’t focus only on the law: we understand the commercial drivers, political context and stakeholder pressures that underpin major developments. We also apply deep sector knowledge – from transport and energy to housing and regeneration – to help deliver positive outcomes in transformational projects across the UK and internationally.

Clients value the breadth and depth of our expertise – which allows us to anticipate issues early, manage risk effectively and keep projects moving – and our ability to give clear, pragmatic advice. This enables us to build long-term relationships based on trust, delivery and results.

Our specialist team advise clients across all major sectors, including:

  • Real Estate Development
  • Energy
  • Transport
  • Social Infrastructure
  • Defence
  • Generation and Development
  • Major Projects/PPP
