Lisa is a Senior Associate specialising in non-contentious construction, advising a wide range of clients in relation to development projects throughout the UK and internationally.

She has experience of drafting and negotiating both bespoke and industry standard form building and engineering contracts (FIDIC, NEC JCT and SBCC), along with consultant appointments and ancillary documents such as performance bonds and guarantees.

Lisa is experienced in the renewable energy sector, assisting with the provision of advice in relation to battery storage projects in the UK and internationally including the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts supply arrangements and maintenance service agreements.

Advising a contractor in relation the negotiation of EPC and LTSA Contracts for the largest Battery Storage Project in Europe.

Advising a hotel developer in relation to the development of three separate hotels in the Turks and Caicos Islands, as well as hotels in London and throughout the UK.

Advising a tier one UK contractor in relation to a major hospital development and in relation to various tenders for large infrastructure and development projects.

Advising a major Scottish utility in relation to its construction contracts including NEC3 Contacts, bespoke contracts and Framework Agreements for electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure across the UK.

Advising a local authority on the preparation of an engineering framework for roads projects, utilising the NEC suit of contracts.

Advising a joint venture developer in connection with the Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation District (AMIDS) project, including provision of construction contracts, PCSAs and framework consultant appointments.

Advising UK lenders in respect of the development financing of several major construction projects across the UK. Lisa works closely with the lenders and their monitors throughout the due diligence process to ensure a collaborative approach.
