•   Acting for a major offshore windfarm development, advising on title diligence and reporting, negotiating option agreements, transaction management and reporting, and ongoing real estate advice across the route consisting of over 200 landowners.
•   Advising ScottishPower Renewables on a range of real estate aspects of two East Anglia offshore wind projects.
•   Advising various clients on asset management matters including the negotiation and grant of new leases, licences and deeds of variation.
•   Acting for various lenders on real estate aspects of asset acquisition finance, development funding and debt refinancing.
