Iain has held senior legal roles both in-house and in private practice, including at a Magic Circle firm and as Vice President, Legal at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management. He has led on credit and structured debt initiatives, and contributed to the design of bespoke financial products for private and institutional clients.

Over the past decade, Iain has advised on the majority of Scotland’s largest and most high-profile real estate finance transactions.
