- Acting as Scots Counsel for the funders of the purchase of the £13 billion residential UK mortgage portfolio by US investment firm Cerberus Capital Management from NRAM
- Acting on behalf of NAB and Clydesdale Bank in relation to disposals of their commercial real estate portfolios in Scotland
- Acting as Scots Counsel for Wells Fargo in relation to its acquisition of a $23 billion commercial real estate portfolio from GE Commercial Real Estate
