Paul is a Partner in the firm’s infrastructure division focusing on non-contentious construction and engineering. He has a varied practice covering all aspects of non-contentious construction and engineering works and advises developers, financiers, public sector bodies, government bodies, major utilities, and contractors across the UK and internationally in the real estate development and investment, energy (core, alternative, and renewables), major infrastructure (public and private), and large-scale engineering.
Paul is an expert in all forms of construction and EPC contracts (including all industry standard forms and bespoke contracts), development agreements, operation & maintenance arrangements, major supply contracts, and all related ancillary documentation (such as bonds, guarantees, collateral warranties, and direct agreements).
