Development and Industrial
With decades of experience in real estate development, we’re known for delivering commercially sound solutions in complex projects.

We have been deeply involved in real estate development for decades, and during that time have worked on many highly complex projects. That experience has given us a real commercial understanding of all the issues involved, such as sustainability, regeneration, environmental, construction, planning and tax. We’ve also gained a reputation for tackling complex specifications and delivering commercially sound solutions with successful results.

We work with developers, institutions and local and other authorities – and we understand how to be part of the team. We engage fully with the wider development team to ensure seamless service, and use our project management skills to help keep development proposals on track. We advise on SPVs, joint ventures, partnerships, acquisition, land assembly, development agreements, development finance, construction contracts, appointments and warranties, management and disposal.

When necessary, we call on the considerable resources available in the wider firm, in the Construction, Planning and Infrastructure, Corporate, Banking and Finance, Tax and other teams.
