He has extensive experience in management buy-outs/buy-ins, company acquisitions and disposals, business transfers, shareholder and joint venture agreements, subscription and investment agreements and articles of association. He also has extensive knowledge of the formation and management of private limited companies, partnerships and LLPs.

Keir works in many sectors, including food and drink, engineering services, technology and IT, financial services, transport, health, rural, and construction. He is also a Notary Public and is registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the United Kingdom.
