Elaine has extensive experience in the real estate sector, with a particular area of expertise being large scale property development and the management and supervision of personnel resourcing multi-property transactions. 

Elaine's primary focus is the renewable energy sector (offshore and onshore).

Our English property team operates as one team across all of our offices. Elaine is dual-qualified, and works between our London and Glasgow offices and heads up the Scottish-based personnel in the English property team, in addition to leading the firm's property sub-team which specialises in English and Welsh renewable energy work. Elaine advises a number of our energy clients on their English and Welsh projects (onshore and offshore), including new option agreements/leases; site assembly; easements and land rights; highway and infrastructure agreements; DCO/CPO property support; and variations of operational projects. 

In addition, Elaine has long-standing relationships with a number of the firm’s clients across a variety of disciplines. Clients include house builders, investors (including forestry), developers, hotel operators, funders, corporate occupiers and healthcare providers.
