Matt focuses on the regulatory frameworks and commercial contracts underpinning the energy transition. He provides grid advice; advising clients on Grid Code compliance and the latest connection reforms, in addition to advising on regulatory matters affecting developers including OFTO and Contracts for Difference.

On the commercial side, he advises clean energy clients on various commercial contracts including surveys, development services agreements, aviation mitigation, and proximity agreements.
