Kirsty is a Senior Solicitor in the Commercial Disputes Team. She has experience dealing with a wide rage of commercial actions in the sheriff courts across Scotland and the Court of Session. Kirsty has a particular focus on health and safety legislation breaches, fatal accident inquiries and personal injury claims.
Kirsty has experience advising on a range of high value, complex disputes, from the pre-action stage to conducting evidential hearings in Court, as well as negotiating settlements.
