Georgia is a Solicitor in our Corporate Finance team, based in our Aberdeen office.
She has acted in multiple high-value corporate transactions, and advises on a wide range of corporate matters including corporate restructuring and corporate governance. Georgia has experience of both the Scottish and American legal systems, having worked for a law firm in New York after completing her law degree in 2017.
- Acting on the £6 million share sale of a renewable energy contractor.
- Advising on the corporate aspects of a crematorium company and property estate acquisition (value £1.45 million).
- Supporting a local alarm company on their $1.9 million acquisition by an international group.
- Assisting with the £2.5 million sale of a family pharmaceutical business.
