Gabriella is a Solicitor in our commercial disputes team, advising corporate and private clients on a wide range of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. She advises clients on all aspects of English litigation from the pre-action correspondence stage through to court litigation, as well as in relation to litigation strategy, civil procedure and achieving settlement.
Gabriella has acted in corporate commercial, renewable energy and insurance disputes and has experience in debt recovery, group actions and judicial review. She has acted for clients at every level of the English civil courts and in arbitration and mediation.
Gabriella has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and litigation funding.
