Gabriella is a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team. She has acted in corporate commercial, construction, clean energy, insurance, professional negligence and financial disputes.

Gabriella has acted for clients at every level of the English civil courts, as well as in arbitration and mediations. She also has experience of group actions, funded litigation and judicial review.

Acting in two judicial reviews on behalf of an offshore developer to defeat challenges of its two connected multibillion-pound wind farm projects (each with NSIP status) in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court’s permission stage.
Representing business interruption insurance policyholders in a group action arbitration to successfully recover £6 million losses arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Acting in an international dispute in relation to defects in the construction of a deep-sea interconnector cable project, successfully resolved prior to the service of pleadings.
Advising executrixes in a dispute challenging the interpretation of the will and administration of the estate, together with an Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claim.
Acting for a client defending an unjust enrichment claim to successfully settle the dispute out of court at mediation.
