Euan McLeod

Euan is one of Scotland’s foremost construction lawyers, and leads our Infrastructure team, which spans non-contentious construction, engineering and projects.

He provides procurement advice at the outset of projects; drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts from both the employer's (both public and private sector) and contractor's points of view; and then providing strategic advice during the project. He has experience of high-value, complex projects throughout the UK, from large-scale residential regeneration to infrastructure projects, and is regularly instructed by other legal firms (often in the City of London) to support their clients on construction matters.

Euan also assists in the resolution of contractual disputes.
