“In the Clean Energy sector team we are working to deliver renewables projects in the context of a constantly changing policy backdrop. We and our clients are all spurred on by the common goal of achieving net zero.”

Emma is a Director in the Planning team, and has specialised in advising developers of renewable energy projects almost exclusively throughout her career.

Her experience covers the full range of renewable energy technologies, and the whole project development lifecycle from early stage consenting strategy and scoping through to review of application documents, planning inquiries, examinations and appeals, project financing, construction readiness and M&A. She works closely with client project teams to maximise their prospects of obtaining consent, whilst retaining the flexibility that is critical to keep up with the fast pace of change in the clean energy sector.
