David is a Senior Solicitor in our Banking and Finance team.

He has extensive experience of advising both lenders and borrowers on the finance aspects of commercial real estate transactions, and on the Scots law aspects of structured finance deals. He also has experience of advising clients on a wide range of corporate and acquisition finance, clean energy and project finance matters.

Acting for the large corporate team of a high street bank with respect to the amendment and restatement of a £45 million letter of credit facility to a utilities company.
