David is a solicitor in the firm's banking & finance team. He regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers on the financing aspects of commercial real estate transactions and on the Scots law aspects of a range of securitisation and debt capital markets transactions.
David's role comprises acting for both lenders and borrowers on the financing aspects of commercial real estate transactions and on the Scots law aspects of a range of securitisation and debt capital markets transactions.
David also has experience of project finance and clean energy transactions and recently assisted Clare Foster and Tim Davidson with the Scottish aspects of an international due diligence exercise involving ten clean energy projects situated in Scotland.
