Catherine works on a wide range of contentious property and construction matters for clients across Scotland. She has experience resolving disputes through litigation and ADR. Catherine regularly works on cases in the Lands Tribunal for Scotland, Sheriff Court, and Court of Session and has particular experience advising telecommunications operators in relation to their rights and obligations under the Electronic Communications Code.
