Alasdair is an Associate in our corporate finance team, based in London. He assists on a wide range of corporate matters including capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and disposals. Alasdair regularly advises companies and investors on equity funding into early-stage businesses.
Alasdair joined the firm in 2017, undertaking his traineeship before qualifying into the corporate finance team in 2019. He has spent time on secondment at a major utilities company.
