All staff are auto-enrolled into a private, defined-contribution pension scheme and benefit from life assurance.
Staff are entitled to a minimum of 26 days’ annual leave and six days’ public holiday, as well as the opportunity to buy or sell further holiday days. Colleagues are also entitled to take five working days a year for volunteering initiatives.
