Frazer is a Solicitor, based in our Glasgow office, specialising in construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes.

He has a strong interest in all methods of dispute resolution and has been involved in several forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including adjudication, mediation and expert determination. Frazer has also gained a range of litigation experience by advising clients and representing them in proceedings in the Sheriff Courts, as well as assisting with cases in the Court of Session. In his current role, he works closely with client teams (both legal and commercial); senior colleagues; Senior and Junior Counsel; and in-house Solicitor-Advocates, to achieve results for his clients.

Assisting with the progression of a high value Court of Session litigation (approx. £50 million) for a large utilities company in a long-standing contractual dispute with a cabling contractor.
Advising and assisting on a range of disputes for a solar contractor, including issues around payment, defects, completion, suspension and termination. Raising and defending adjudications and negotiating settlements for client.
Assisting with the raising and progression of Court of Session proceeding for insurer client in respect of defects at a large shopping centre.
Assisting with the successful defence of an adjudication for major UK ports and harbours client under NEC3 contract.
Advising large UK contractor in respect of alleged fire defects in a high-rise residential building in Bristol.
