Acting for Kelso Pharma in its acquisitions of UK based pharmaceutical company ALTURiX and advised on the UK aspects of its acquisition of Italian speciality pharma business Velit Biopharma.
Acting for the shareholders of Grant Westfield in the acquisition of the company by Norcros plc. for approx £92 million.
Advising the US based Oil States Industries on its acquisition of Scottish subsea engineering business RiserTec, and of Scottish oil and gas service company E-Flow Control.
Acting for EDPR on its acquisition of a portfolio of five onshore windfarm projects from Wind2.
