Graeme is our Finance Director, and has ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s financial management including overseeing financial strategy, planning and reporting, budgeting, and delivering commercial insights to support decision making across the business.

Working closely within the leadership team, he ensures financial resilience, operational efficiency and alignment with the firm’s long-term goals. He also plays a key role in our extensive risk management and compliance activity.
