The team
We currently have an opportunity for a lawyer based in Edinburgh or Glasgow within our market leading corporate finance practice group.
Our corporate finance team is one of the highest profile in Scotland with a busy and diverse practice, working with leading domestic and international companies (both listed and unlisted) and institutional investors on major transactions throughout the UK and beyond.
Sector specialisms include technology, life sciences, energy and food and drink.
The role
The role will involve working closely with colleagues in our other specialist teams, including, Banking, Trade and Commerce, IP, Real Estate and Share Schemes.
We are seeking a 4-7 PQE with direct corporate transactional experience in a qualified role.
