Sophie has significant experience in a wide range of transactional matters (including in private acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures) and of general corporate and commercial matters, advising small, medium and large businesses over a broad range of sectors. In particular, Sophie has sector specialism in corporate real estate, having acted for a number of real estate investors, asset managers and property funds in the acquisition and disposal of special purpose vehicles both on and off shore as across a number of asset classes including commercial office space, healthcare premises and care homes.
Sophie is admitted in Scotland and is a notary public.
