Sarah is a member of the English Property Unit, based in Glasgow. She specialises in real estate finance and property investment work, and has more than 10 years’ experience in both English and Welsh commercial property transactional work, across multiple sectors; financial, property, infrastructure and construction and retail and leisure.
Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales.
Sarah has been involved in large-scale acquisitions, sales, refinancing projects and corporate transactions, and acted on behalf of landlords and tenants on large multi-occupancy investment properties, such as shopping centres, office buildings and industrial estates - advising and negotiating on document leases, licences, assignments, as well as assisting with the overall day-to-day management that these properties require.
Sarah also has experience in the energy and renewables sector, having dealt with title investigations and negotiations for a long lease and option agreement for a solar farm on agricultural land.
