Ross is a Senior Solicitor in our litigation and dispute resolution team. Ross primarily advises on disputes that arise in the rural sector, or that relate to commercial or residential property. He also has experience with contentious executries and debt recovery matters. Ross has appeared on behalf of his clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, as well as in the Scottish Land Court and in the First Tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber). His practice also entails the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and mediation.
