Rachael is a Solicitor in our Smarter Working Team.

She works across the firm to identify opportunities to improve the way legal services are delivered through technology, AI and process improvements. Drawing on her in-house experience in financial services, she brings a practical understanding of legal and regulatory considerations surrounding technology and its implementation.

She is experienced in supporting legal teams to implement and adopt process improvements and new ways of working, including adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other legal AI tools, developing automated workflows and designing resources to support lawyers in their use of AI effectively and in compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.

She also has experience advising on data protection and technology, SaaS and critical outsourcing contracts within a highly regulated environment.
