Mateusz is a solicitor in the Banking and Finance team, based in London. He regularly acts for UK and overseas financial institutions, funds, developers, investors and corporate borrowers on debt and equity finance matters, with a particular focus on real estate investment and development finance. Mateusz is also a member of the firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance Advisory Group. He joined the firm as a paralegal in 2018 and qualified as a solicitor in August 2022.
