She advises on consenting strategies, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), habitats, and species matters including Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA), environmental consenting, and roads law. She has extensive experience in compulsory purchase and necessary wayleaves, advising promotors and affected parties.
Magdalena’s experience includes advising clients in regulated sectors, including energy; ports and harbours; and aquaculture. She has in-depth knowledge of the energy sector, including in-house experience gained during secondments. With substantial experience of linear and location-critical projects, she understands the specific challenges they face and advises on appropriately framed consenting strategies.
She is dual-qualified in Scotland and England & Wales.
