Magdalena has a proven track record in assisting with contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental matters, consenting strategies and compulsory purchase. She has knowledge and experience of working within the electricity and renewable energy sectors, much of which has been gained while working in-house on secondments with the legal teams of a large renewable energy developer and an electricity transmission and distribution company.
Magdalena has experience of providing advice in relation to consenting strategies, including EIA, HRA and other environmental matters. She also advises on roads law, planning agreements and associated restoration bonding and planning diligence.
