Lauren works in the non-contentious construction team, advising clients in relation to construction and development projects throughout the UK, particularly in relation to drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments and ancillary documents (such as collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees).
Lauren has experience working on private and public sector projects, acting for a mixture of developers, contractors and consultants particularly in relation to office, retail, leisure and housing projects.
