Kirsty Headden


Kirsty is a commercially-focused lawyer who has specialised exclusively in pensions law since 2008. Ranked as an Associate to Watch in the Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession, she is skilled at taking complex, technical concepts and distilling them into clear and actionable advice. Kirsty advises employers, trustees and other organisations on all aspects of pensions law, with particular experience in equalisation and scheme amendment issues, liability management exercises and statutory debt implications.
