“As a lawyer I have the opportunity to translate complexity into clarity, help businesses navigate risk, and find solutions to obstacles that clients face. This is both challenging and rewarding in equal measure.”

Judith has over two decades of experience in all aspects of property law. She focuses exclusively on the commercial property sector, with a particular specialisation in residential development and site assembly.

She has acted for clients across the private and public sectors on numerous property and infrastructure transactions. She also advises on the property-related aspects of wider corporate transactions.

Judith has a strong track record in delivering complex projects for a diverse client base, and she understands the day-to-day commercial and financial challenges that confront her clients. Key areas of expertise include legal due diligence, purchase and sale contracts, overage and clawback agreements, collaboration arrangements and complex deeds of conditions.
