Since qualifying in 2004, Judith has worked exclusively within the commercial property sector, acting for local authorities and public and private sector bodies on numerous property and infrastructure transactions. In particular, Judith specialises in residential development and site assembly, and often leads a team of lawyers to ensure successful delivery of this type of project. She also provides property support into wider corporate transactions.
Judith has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating sale and acquisition contracts and has worked on major residential development property transactions, more prominent transactions being the sale of the residential site at Carrickstone, Cumbernauld to a joint venture arrangement between Bellway Homes Limited and CALA Management Limited, and in the acquisition of a large portfolio of residential properties for the Wheatley Group (being the largest single acquisition the Wheatley Group has been involved in since its constitution).
