John is a member of the real estate team and has over 10 years’ experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions. He specialises in development work, leasing and investment purchases and sales. John also has an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.

John has substantial experience in property finance, portfolio management, corporate support and insolvency work. Recent transactions include the sale of an office development for £37 million, Scottish aspects of a £775 million health care group sale, purchase of a retail development for £16 million, property aspects of purchases of manufacturing, mining, financial and information businesses, forward funding of healthcare developments and a wide variety of commercial leasing work.
