Joanne is highly experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. She advises international and Irish-based clients on corporate compliance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions and amalgamations, shareholder agreements, private equity investments, commercial agreements, and alternative commercial disputes resolution.

She advises clients in many sectors, particularly automotive, retail distribution, fintech and non-life insurance. She also has wide-ranging experience advising entities in the voluntary sector on corporate compliance and advising charity trustees on the administration and governance of charitable organisations.

Based in Dublin, she works closely with our Media and Technology and Corporate Finance teams, and other specialists, in all of our other offices.
