Jamie is a solicitor within the commercial disputes team, with a particular focus in health and safety and licensing matters. Jamie also deals with a range of wider commercial disputes before the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
Jamie has experience in negotiating settlements for clients pre-action, has appeared on behalf of clients across a range of simple procedure, summary cause and ordinary cause actions, and has provided support on a number of high-value cases before the Court of Session.
