- Advising the developers of a major mixed use development side in West Edinburgh on the long-term ongoing management of the site, development, sales and leasing.
- Advising a number of national retailers, including a major Supermarket operator, on all aspects of their Scottish real estate matters including acquisition, disposal and management.
- Advising the former occupier of a major industrial facility in Fife on the disposal of the site for development.
- Advising a major Scottish developer on the acquisition of a number of sites for charge of use development and their subsequent development and sale.
- Acting for a university on all aspects of its property interest including major student housing redevelopments and management of the University’s property interests.
- Acting for the owner of a life sciences dedicated office park development on the letting and management of the park including its own occupational requirements.
- Acting for the owner of agricultural land in entering into an option with a residential developer for the promotion and sale of the land for residential development.
