Erin is a Senior Solicitor in the Private Wealth and Tax team, focusing on both corporate tax and personal tax planning.

She assists our wider firm with transaction based tax advice and also advises clients directly with personal advice. She advises clients on estate and tax planning matters, including preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney and establishing Trusts. She also assists clients with all aspects of the executry administration process and has experience dealing with complex assets situated abroad.

Acting in the administration of an estate with assets located across four international jurisdictions, advising on the international taxation and the succession of the assets.
Advising an individual on their inheritance of a £50 million estate and the most tax-efficient manner of inheriting those assets.
Advising a corporate Trustee on the winding up of an offshore Trust, with a particular focus on the UK tax implications.
