Emma has been a member of the rural property and business team since qualifying in 2012. She has a particular specialism in acting for landed estates, forestry owners, farmers and private individuals, advising on a wide range of property matters including ongoing management and title queries and the sale and purchase of farms, residential properties, forestry and estates.
Emma has experience in acting in all aspects of rural conveyancing as well as advising on agricultural tenancies and the validity of title conditions.
Emma has also undertaken a number of complex voluntary registrations and Sasine title investigations. She is experienced at providing advice on title queries and opinions on title descriptions in both a rural and urban context.
