Emma completed two property seats in her traineeship and qualified into the Rural Property and Business team in September 2012. Emma has experience in acting in conveyancing and land management, residential sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, crofting, voluntary registration and complex Sasine title reviews and investigations. Emma has a particular specialism in acting for landed estates and farmers, advising on a wide range of property matters including ongoing management, the sale and purchase of farms, residential properties, forestry and estates, the voluntary registration of landed estates and large farms as well as urban areas, crofting and agricultural tenancy advice. Emma is also experienced at undertaking Sasine searches and complex Sasine title reviews and providing opinions on title descriptions, both in an urban and a rural context.
Emma is a Notary Public and tutors on the Property Law (Ordinary) course at the University of Edinburgh.
