Chiara is an Associate specialising in contentious construction, resolving disputes in the fields of construction, engineering and major projects. She acts for clients across the supply chain (employers contractors and sub-contractors) within a variety of sectors, including the energy and public sectors, north and south of the border.
Chiara is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland, and England and Wales.
Chiara is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
Chiara is immediate Past President of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association (SYLA) and uses this platform to encourage junior lawyers to become involved with the wider profession through organising educational, networking and CPD events. She is also Honorary Secretary of the Scottish Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The Scottish Branch is actively involved in promoting all forms of ADR in the Scottish Market.
