Carly is a solicitor in our commercial disputes team based in Edinburgh and has acted for clients throughout the UK across a variety of sectors, including hospitality and leisure, sports, finance and retail.
Carly has a particular interest in sports, intellectual property and brand protection. She has experience advising on a range of complex disputes, from the pre-action stage to alternative dispute resolution and litigation, including negotiating settlements for clients.
