Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Smarter Working team wins Support Team of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards

Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Smarter Working team was named Support Team of the Year at the 2022 Scottish Legal Awards. The judging panel praised the team’s collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the firm and with clients, and described the team as “ahead of the competition”.

The Smarter Working team, led by Lynn Beaumont and Steve Dalgleish, brings together the firm’s expertise in process improvement, knowledge, automation, data and technology to benefit clients and support colleagues. The team works with the firm’s lawyers to understand client needs and enhance service delivery, as well as improve internal efficiency and encourage innovation.
