Shepherd and Wedderburn restructuring and insolvency partners only Scottish representatives in prestigious global directory

Shepherd and Wedderburn partners Yvonne Brady and Gillian Carty are the only Scottish solicitors to be listed in this year’s prestigious Who’s Who Legal global directory of top restructuring and insolvency practitioners.

Yvonne Brady, head of Shepherd and Wedderburn’s top-ranked restructuring and business advisory practice, and Gillian Carty, an insolvency litigation specialist with considerable experience in director misconduct and disqualification proceedings, are included in the Scotland-wide listing of the international legal directory for the fourth consecutive year.

Yvonne and Gillian’s selection follows an independent, in-depth six-month research process that canvasses and analyses the opinions of law firm clients and restructuring and insolvency experts from around the world.

The final listings are based on a range of factors, including feedback from clients and peers, past performance and the aggregate number of weighted votes cast in an individual’s favour.

This year’s edition includes almost 600 individuals practicing across over 40 jurisdictions globally, listing lawyers that research has identified as being “truly outstanding practitioners and the very best in their field”.
