Leading UK law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn advised Iomart Group plc on the acquisition of Backup Technology Holdings Limited for £23m and Redstation for up to £8.1m.
Taking over Backup increased presence in the back-up and disaster recovery market, while the Redstation deal extended the company’s footprint in Europe.
The Shepherd and Wedderburn team was led by corporate partner Andrew Blain.
