Property Awards 2015: winners announced
On Tuesday over 1000 guests gathered at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London to celebrate excellence across the property industry at Property Week’s Property Awards 2015.
As a sponsor of the Awards, Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Property & Infrastructure Partner, Jonathan Rickard, was on hand to present the Financier of the Year award to private investment company Cain Hoy Enterprises.

Cain Hoy’s major major deals in 2014 included a joint venture with Sager Group to develop the £400m mixed-use scheme, Islington Square, in north London, a £390m loan commitment to Almacantar to redevelop the offices of the Shell Centre on London’s South Bank, and a joint venture with housebuilder Galliard to develop projects with a gross development value of more than £1bn.
